Private Dive Guide & Professional Photographer
Get the VIP experience by adding a private guide and/or photographer to your trip! The Kyalami Scuba Club offers the option to dive alone or with your group, accompanied by a professional scuba diving guide and photographer. Depending on what kind of diving experience you’re looking for, you can elect to add a dive guide to your trip, or a professional photographer in addition to the dive guide (a dive guide must accompany the professional photographer).
Though many may think of the Florida Keys as the preeminent scuba diving destination in the U.S., the waters of Palm Beach are a less-trafficked but just as picturesque location for an exquisite dive. The waters of Palm Beach boast a very healthy coral reef system that is distinct from that of the Florida Keys. The dives tend to be slightly deeper in Palm Beach than in the Keys, allowing for a more immersive and unique dive experience.
Palm Beach is home to five of the seven species of the world’s sea turtles, which means there is a good chance that you might see a turtle or two on your dive. These majestic creatures are generally solitary, meaning that a turtle sighting is typically rarer than other species, but in Palm Beach, you’re more likely to come face-to-face with one of these ancient creatures. There is also no shortage of world-famous fish sightings, so don’t be surprised if you run into a large group of goliath groupers, or any number of other magnificent sea species like manatees, squids, octopuses, lobsters, and starfish that call these waters home. The nutrient-rich Gulf Stream, which comes closest to the state of Florida by way of Palm Beach and its coast, sustains this incredible bounty of sea life that’s unlike any other. It’s no exaggeration to say that the dives off of Palm Beach are some of the best in Florida, the U.S., and the world!
What Will You See on Your Scuba Trip?
Making those precious in-person memories with the underwater creatures of Florida’s Gulf Stream waters can be some of the most unique and special you’ll ever experience. Capturing those moments on film can allow you to cherish those memories with crystal clarity for years to come and let you share those moments with friends and family. Our professional photographer’s only job is to make sure you leave your trip with 20 incredible photographs of your underwater explorations and the magnificent sea world you experience on your private dive.
