Current Crew Positions Available:

  • If you want to work with the # 1 dive and tour crew, we are hiring an entry level position as a Guest Experience Manager. Pay $36,000 - $39,000 annual salary to start commensurate with your experience. Group health insurance, paid vacation and paid holidays. All our crew dive free and discounts for family. There is an outstanding potential for growth. The right candidate must be outstanding speaking with customers. Eager to learn and a desire to do everything with excellence in mind. Dive experience preferred but not required. We will teach you to dive. Work location is Jupiter to Riviera beach marina!

  • Join our team as a dive master and guide divers during their underwater adventures. You'll lead dives, point out interesting marine life, and ensure everyone follows safety protocols.

  • Dive Master: Join our team as a dive master and guide divers during their underwater adventures. You'll lead dives, point out interesting marine life, and ensure everyone follows safety protocols.

  • Deckhand: Assist the dive boat crew in various tasks, such as handling equipment, helping divers in and out of the water, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the boat.

  • Dive Gear Sales Specialist: Become an expert in scuba equipment and assist customers in selecting the right gear for their diving needs. Offer guidance on gear maintenance and safety.

  • Equipment Technician: Join our dive shop's maintenance team to service and repair scuba gear, ensuring that all equipment is in perfect working condition for our divers.
